Sascha is a PhD candidate at the University of Sydney School of Public Health under the supervision of Prof Michael Solomon, Prof Lyndal Trevena, Prof Ian Harris and Dr Mark Horsley. His research focuses on the decision-making process in knee arthroplasty and identifying strategies to facilitate better communication between health professionals and patients. Sascha has a background in physiotherapy, completing this degree in 2016 at Western Sydney University. Since 2017, he has been employed by Royal Prince Alfred Hospital facilitating the establishment and co-ordination of orthopaedic surgical research at this tertiary hospital.
